Essential functions of the position include: creating documents and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements and on/off site meetings, managing vendor relationships, preparing mailings, approving office supply orders, maintaining seating charts, administering office suite maintenance, updating organizational charts and phone lists and backing up the switchboard during breaks and vacations.
Qualified candidates will have strong MS Office skills to include PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel and Outlook. Must have the ability to interact and communicate professionally with a variety of individuals. Must have strong, proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Must be able to travel periodically.
