This position specializes in supporting and assisting personnel in client service, administrative and marketing support including, day to day operations and preparation of marketing materials. Additional responsibilities include:
- Email marketing program
- Property management tasks
- Phone support
- Assembling reports
- Preparing correspondence
- Traveling arrangements
Requirements for this position include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, IContact, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail is imperative. Also, a minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
