Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the local office team by answering phones, handling correspondence and accounting functions, maintaining databases and general office duties. 

 

Job Requirements: The successful candidate must have previous secretarial and light bookkeeping experience.  Individual must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Desktop Publishing and phone systems.  Excellent phone & organizational skills are required.  The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is needed.
