GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties as needed. This position requires strong computer skills. This position also calls for flexibility, multitasking, and the ability to work well in a team environment.    
 


As a member of the Administrative Staff, objectives will be focused on managing and prioritizing your daily work load as well as answering all incoming calls while creating service request tickets within our software database and dispatching those service requests to the appropriate support department team member.   


 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


 


·          Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system


·          Open Service Request tickets documenting pertinent information from both incoming calls and on-call report sheet on a daily basis after verifying client support plan coverage and billing information


·          Make follow up calls on previous day Service Tickets to ensure resolution was reached, document findings


·          Operate personal computer to access e-mail and electronic calendars via Microsoft Outlook


·          Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office support software to assemble, manipulate, and format data and reports


·          Maintain logical filing system and office supply par levels for both offices


·          Manage/maintain/track in-house employee time out/sick/vacation calendar


·          Utilize and update service Software to ensure all Client information is complete, current, and accurate


·          Scan and upload documents into service Software


·          Conduct research and ongoing knowledge base growth


·          Other job related duties as assigned


 


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:


Formal education level:


·          High School Diploma or GED


·          Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred


Training:


·          Restaurant/Hospitality experience required
