Responsibilities:
• Prepare memos, reports and correspondence for consistency with corporate policies and practices
• Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
• May assist in development of presentations
• Screen incoming phone calls
• Answer routine questions and forwards inquiries to appropriate staff
• Purchasing supplies, catering, copying and printing
• May relieve other administrative staff in the unit during temporary absences
• Data entry
• Coordinates biweekly reporting
• Verify and approve volunteer time logs submitted by chapters
Requirements:
• 3-5 solid years’ administrative experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent spelling and grammar presentation
• Must possess the ability to handle self in a professional manner in both verbal and written communication
• Must be team orientated
• Must be flexible and have the ability to manage changing priorities
• Ability to adapt to different organizational styles and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
