Job Description: As a Secretary/Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the local office team by answering phones, handling correspondence and accounting functions, maintaining databases and general office duties.
Job Requirements: The successful candidate must have previous secretarial and bookkeeping experience. Individual must have working knowledge of database maintenance, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Desktop Publishing and phone systems. Excellent phone skills are required. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is needed.
