Job Responsibilties
· Perform daily recruiting activities including but not limited to searching, matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checks
· Ensure paperwork for all candidates is completed and in full compliance with customer requirements
· Draft Unique Selling Point based on the candidates experience and requirements
· Maintain the candidates database to ensure active pipeline control.
· Prospect and identify the top tier of talent via creative lead generation or Head hunting methods
· Participate with Sales and Technical team in qualifying requirements and client meetings
Required skills
· At least 6 years minimum experience in the IT staffing industry
· Strong networking and sourcing skills
· Strong experience in recruiting for different technologies, Mainframe, Java, Microsoft, Ecommerce
· The ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
· Successful close ratio by identifying the right candidates and pipeline based on the Sales Projections
· Ability to negotiate salary
· Experience cold calling and utilizing traditional "head hunting" technique
