Position Summary: Responsive team player to support two Directors and their teams in a fast paced environment where multiple demands on superior coordination skills are continual. This administrator performs detailed and tactical tasks such as scheduling, preparation and delivery of meeting materials to maximize the team’s productivity. Self motivation, strong drive to complete projects and accountability are required at all times. Must demonstrate full ownership of job duties, including ability to assertively manage against several deadlines accurately. Must have resourceful, organized approach, solid interactive skills, initiative and great customer service skills. Proficient with Excel, data management systems (example: Cognos), Outlook and PowerPoint.

 The Administrator provides support to two strategic contracting teams.  This position performs administrative duties that involve a high degree of initiative, accountability, fast and accurate task turnaround.



Required Skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases (including eRM)
  • Create presentations.
  • Prepare deliverables (production, assembly, mailings, etc.).
  • Format and prepare reports.
  • Support teams of two to five associates.
  • Communicate with distributors and/or manufacturers (as needed)
  • Provide pricing support for distributors and pricing verifications (as necessary)
  • Perform spreadsheet analysis
  • Prepare and maintain data spreadsheets
  • Miscellaneous duties include mail, faxing, copying, phones, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Role Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat
  • Good writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Required Experience

Years of Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of two to three years of prior administrative experience 
  • Prior work in purchasing/buying office desired, though not required

 Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or BA/BS or equivalent preferred
