The Administrative Assistant / Front Desk role will assist in all general day to day office administration, supporting corporate/executive team. New hire has the ability to grow with a cutting edge firm with the possibility of being sponsored for their real estate salesperson license and access to full-training cycle, including marketing and sales programs.

Candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. Successful candidates will have client service/office experience and strong organizational/administrative skills, the ability to handle multiple phone lines, filing, and data entry skills. Candidate should be tech savvy with a strong understanding of internet and online programs. This position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to adhere to professional dress code standards.
A temp to perm, entry level position. College grads welcome. Three month probation period with performance review.
