Administrative Coordinator

About the Job

 

Currently, US Remodelers has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator in our LA (Baldwin Park) office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Description:

Review and administrate all phases of customer contract files and customer contact from point of sale through follow-up service.
Provide ongoing support for Sales and Installation departments
Interface with other departments to facilitate job flow through the system.
Assist in supporting branch operations and responding to the needs of customers and employees.
Respond to customer questions
Prepare work tickets
Communicate job assignments and direct employees to the job site location.
Input, maintain and follow up on accounts receivables
Process credit applications.
Conduct billing and closing procedures.
Perform office support including organizing and maintaining branch filing system and operating the photocopier and fax machine.

Duties:

Well organized person who is able to multi task and handle customer. Must be able to work in a faced paced environment and meet deadlines. Needs excellent communication skills, detailed oriented, well organized, willing to take initiative and be diplomatic.
The pay is $30K- $35K a year at an hourly rate.

Requirements:

High School education needed with at least 5 years working experience.
