This Position is Responsible For:
· Performs a variety of complex administrative projects for multiple managers and their teams
· Organizes international and domestic travel itineraries
· Organizes meetings, including conference room booking and catering
· Orders assets and office supplies
· Prepares and submits expense reports
· Maintains and updates assets lists & org charts
Minimum Qualifications include:
· Minimum of 3-5 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment
· Effective project management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be flexible and work independently as well as a collaborative group
· Ability to learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time
· Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules
· Ability to work effectively with internal / external groups or individuals
· Strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Previous experience with technology firm(s) preferred
