Administrative Director of Nursing

Taylor Hospital is currently seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to oversee and direct our Nursing Services. Ideal candidate must be a strong leader with a participative and results-oriented management approach.

Qualified candidates must have:

* Current PA RN License and BSN; Master’s degree preferred

* 8-10 years of “hands-on” clinical experience as an RN, preferably in a variety of clinical settings

* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience at the Nurse Manager level or above
