SunBridge Healthcare seeks a Psychiatric-experienced, California Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead at Olive Vista, a 120-Bed Adult Locked Skilled Nursing Facility.
Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will be considered .
This leader will be a California Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who sets quality standards, builds the team, and works with patients and families to ensure quality care. We have excellent clinical programs in place and consultants who are part of 'our' team.

* Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Required.
* Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation.
* Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.
* Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
