Home Care Agency located in Manhattan, providing various therapy services in a warm, caring environment. Our talented, dedicated therapists and our entire staff strive to meet the needs of our clients with sensitivity, commitment and concern.
We’re seeking an organized, experienced Administrator/Director Patient Care Services - RN to provide leadership and expertise to our home care agency (LHCSA) serving the 5 Boroughs of NYC and Nassau County.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage entire home health agency
• Maintain and ensure compliance and regulatory issues
• New business development
• Staffing and performance management to include training and development
• Financial and budgetary planning
Requirements
• Registered Nurse
• Master’s Degree
• Bilingual a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience within a CHHA or LHCSA
• Experience with Santrax/Sandata/HomePro
• Demonstrated knowledge of all DOH rules and regulations of a licensed home care agency
• Demonstrated knowledge of current updates with new regulatory and compliance requirements, including HPN and CHRC
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, Office Suite and Outlook
