The Council on Aging, a $7M agency providing services to seniors in Volusia County, is seeking a dynamic individual to head up its Medicare Certified Home Health Agency including its Private Pay Division,

This person will have a Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience in some part of the health care field including leading an organization through the change process to achieve successful implementation.  Needs a strong business and financial acumen and excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills.

This person will have excellent manageral ability in setting goals and measuring against those goals.  With several direct reports and 100 employees this is not the position to expect to hone managerial skills.  They must be present and strong.
