Diagnostic Health Corporation, multi-modality facilities offering a combination of outpatient diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine services currently has an Administrator/Marketing position available at its single modality facility in Florence, AL.

Position Summary

To provide leadership while managing daily operations of the to ensure quality services and efficiency of operations as well as market MRI services to local physicians. 
Responsibilities

• Supervises all employees within the facility; technologists, patient account representatives, etc. Representative will seek out and utilize customer and market data
• Continuously prospect for appropriate new customers
• Supervises all employees within the assigned center; technologists, patient account representatives, etc.
• Ensures operational excellence and quality of care in the facilities
• Ensures documentation of services provided in a thorough and effective manner
• Interacts with all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees in a mature, responsible
  manner to ensure a positive and professional facility environment
• Fosters a positive and professional center environment by interacting with all persons in
  a considerate, helpful and courteous manner and by participating as a team member
• Promotes effective working relationships to meet the mission/goals and objectives of Diagnostic Health Corporation and the center

Skills and Abilities

Must have knowledge of management principles, including human resources, budget planning and customer service, must have strong interpersonal skills, must be independent, must have excellent and verbal communication skills, must be a self-motivator, disciplined, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills to be able to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience in a medical setting or management experience of healthcare related organizations.  Marketing experience a plus.

Education
Graduate from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field required.
