Administrator - Senior Living

•           Ensuring the delivery of quality care and services to residents.


•           Employ, train, supervise, and evaluate qualified facility staff.


•           Operate the facility in a manner that follows company guidelines and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.


•           Initiate and participate in community relations that promote the facility and provide awareness of the senior housing industry.


 


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:


 


•           Appropriate professional license (i.e., NHA, RCF, ALF, BH, etc.) for the state in which the facility operates and license must be in good standing. Must be able to meet state regulations to be an Assisted Living Administrator.


•           Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


•           Strong organizational skills.


•           Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults.


•           Experience in personnel management and creating a team environment focused on resident satisfaction.
