CDM is seeking an administrative assistant with construction administration experience. The qualified individual will report the construction manager at the project site.
Responsibilities:
• Performs analytical and specialized administrative support duties under
guidance and instruction as to results expected.
• Perform duties of a routine to moderately complex nature requiring initiative and judgment, which are
designed to relieve professional and/or managerial staff of administrative details.
• Work requires training and experience that is associated with administration on a construction project.
Requirements:
• At least 9 years of related experience
• The ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• The ability to work in a construction environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to perform tasks with limited direction
