We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with experience in long term care and/or sub-acute experience in a health care setting. Our skilled nursing facility is located in an upscale community and has an excellent reputation. If you are interested in working with the elderly, have strong customer services skills, and want to be a part of a great team, this may be the position for you!



Key responsibilities include:



  • Establish the initial contact with the potential resident, family member or referral source
  • Conduct tours with potential residents and their families and closing sales
  • Guide residents through the move-in process and work together with managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain data base to track leads and complete daily/weekly reports

  • Oversee insurance verification p




We seek the following qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's and 3rd Part Insurance required
  • Previous admission or discharge planner experience is required
  • Sales and marketing background is highly desired
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults
  • Effective organizational, analytical, and multi-task skills are essential
  • Ability to be on call (on an as-needed basis) is required, in addition to working an occasional weekend, evening or night
