The successful motivated, goal-oriented professional will meet Company and/or College admissions goals in each program, while employing ethical admission practices that meet regulatory agency and Company standards.  This position will ensure that Representatives complete necessary forms such as daily activity reports, as well as ensure that Representatives obtain student referral leads from all applicants. Other duties include overseeing assigned personnel, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and recommending personnel actions. This individual must be able to motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Additional responsibilities include completing and sending reports to Regional Admissions Director and appropriate managers. This position will also monitor, track and manage leads, partner with Corporate Advertising Dept. to ensure steady lead flow, serve on Advisory Boards, and make admission process recommendations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business, sales or marketing is required.
