Summary:
Serves as the department leader and manages the admissions functions of a campus in order meet and exceed business objectives. Directs the daily operations of the admissions office, ensuring that staffing, training and compliance meet company and regulatory standards. Assures that admissions representatives are appropriately utilizing the CareerPoint Admissions Process to admit prepared and committed students that persist in school in pursuit of their career choice.

Reports To:
Campus President

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly observes and coaches admissions representatives to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Inspires, motivates and leads the admissions team to successful outcomes.
  • Hires, trains and develops staff ensuring appropriate application of the CareerPoint Admissions Process.
  • Regularly interviews and identifies qualified prospective admissions representatives to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
  • Ensures company information systems are accurate and updated according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures school personnel follow all regulatory and company compliance regulations and takes appropriate action when necessary.
  • Works productively with all campus employees and departments to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Serves as a member of the campus leadership team and a positive role model for all campus level employees.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Administrative, Business, Liberal Arts or Social Sciences discipline is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience
