Lincoln Technical Institute is seeking an individual to promote our spa services, allied health, information technology and criminal justice education programs to prospective adult and high school students who are interested in attending our Lincoln College Online.

ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE--- INSIDE SALES Looking to make a change? How about education sales?

Who we are:

Lincoln College Online-- a leader in career education and training,  is seeking an individual who is experienced in consultative sales to promote our programs to prospective adult and high school students.

What you will do:

We are looking for people who have a real passion for education and can convey that enthusiasm to prospective students via phone. We're looking for motivated closers who can use their interpersonal and sales skills to promote the value of career-oriented education from one of the most respected technical schools in the nation to prospective students. Previous recruiting, retail or sales experience a plus! You will report directly to the Director of Admissions.

  • Achiever with strong goal orientation
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Exceptional social & customer focused skills
  • Excellent one-on-one presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a self-starter and self motivated.
  • Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays

    A BIG PLUS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with studentsand staff with the highest levels of integrity
