Responsibilities:



  • Recruit and enroll prospective students.
  • Help prospective students identify their unique skills and interests.
  • Guide new applicants through the enrollment process, answering any questions they may have.
  • Make all necessary enrollment forms available and assist in completion as needed.


Requirements:


  • Outgoing, goal-driven individual with strong motivational skills.

  • At least 2-3 years’ successful sales-marketing and/or recruiting experience.

  • Sales success in a proprietary school admissions environment preferred.

  • Proven telephone appointment setting, interviewing, closing, and follow-up skills.

  • Effective communication, customer service and motivational abilities.
