LIFE Beaver County is an innovative alternative to nursing home care designed to restore and preserve adult independence. LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) emphasizes quality of life for those older individuals who wish to remain independent or who choose to live with family members.

Currently, we have a full-time opportunity on our LIFE Beaver County team for an Adult Health Center Manager to plan, develop, organize, and direct clinical/business operations for all clients. The successful candidate will also serve as the catalyst to the achievement of quality improvements in the program and will demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications:
. A Bachelor’s degree
. Four or more years of health care experience as a manager in a long-term care facility or outpatient health care setting
. An understanding of clinical operations in a capitated reimbursement environment
. Preferably, NHA
