Member Management Analytics is seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Consultant Sr. to join our growing team. Our team integrates clinical rules, predictive models and population analytics to enable clinical programs to better target members, drive behavior change and improve care. We support clinical program and business leaders to apply the insights to test and drive clinical program targeting product innovation and enhancement, to target the right members for the right program, to measure program outcome and demonstrate value, to help win and retain clients, and to support information based strategic decision making.

Specifically the Advanced Analytics Consultant Sr. will lead efforts to determine target population that offers greatest opportunity to impact clinical program goals, determine clinical profile and risk of member population, segment the population and outline specific targeting criteria, utilizing predictive and deterministic models as necessary.

Primary duties of this role may include, but are not limited to:

*Provides analytical insights to support business solution development based on quality, use, cost and other key drivers

*Develops and refines analysis templates for problem diagnosis and opportunities assessment

*Contributes to the design of new program/initiative based on test/pilot outcomes

*Develops targeting criteria or customer segmentation based on analytical insights, clinical inputs, product design and operations considerations

*Develops predictive models and other tools that help target the right members

*Develops methodology to measure clinical, utilization and financial outcomes of a program/initiative *Conducts in-depth research to address challenging issues in measuring outcomes

*Addresses limitation of certain data sources and evaluates incremental value of new data sources. Additionally, the Senior or Consultant level analyst will be required to lead multi-functional projects by closely coordinating business and technical resources for new program pilots or product enhancement efforts.

Qualifications

* Requires Graduate-level degree with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Epidemiology, Public Health, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent training and mastery; minimum 10-13 years' experience in related health care analytics; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Ideal candidates should have working experience with SAS or equivalents analytical tools; working experience with Teradata, SQL, or equivalent data base tools.

* Healthcare experience is required.

* Experience with payer or population health is preferred.

* Experience with predicative modeling and reporting is a plus.

* Experience with data models and addressing data quality issues.

* Proven ability to present meaningful results to a business audience.

* Demonstrated leadership competencies with the ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships, communicate effectively across the organization and at different levels, coordinate multiple work efforts, and translate business needs into practical applications and solutions.

* Demonstrated experience in managing the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex healthcare data systems, tools, and reports.
