Cintas First Aid & Safety Services includes a complete line of products and services, from pain relievers to defibrillators, from injury prevention counsel to CPR training. Cintas First Aid, Safety and Fire is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepped for the role of General Manager or above. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include four major areas: Service, Production, Office, and Sales.
The Service assignment involves leading a team of Service Sales Representatives or Fire Technicians who deliver our products and services to customers. As a Service Manager, you will be involved in hiring, developing, training and motivating your team. Duties also include visiting customers to maintain service levels, troubleshoot issues and upsell our products, hiring and training new partners, as well as coaching, evaluating, and providing performance feedback to the partners on your team.
The Sales, Production, and Office assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office. These assignments involve managing the branch as a whole, managing the sales, office, and production aspects of the office and overseeing the service department.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel 5%, including overnight stays
- 3-5 years management and/or sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
