JOB OVERVIEW

Ø          Communicate effectively with customers on the phone to identify problems and develop solutions on advanced Cablevision A/V technologies in order to meet our high standards of Optimum Service.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Ø          Computer-related coursework or computer certification. (STUDENTS! Are you paying attention? All that computer-science stuff you’ve been studying will give you a real advantage here.)

Ø          Successful professional work experience using computer technology to isolate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. (That’s the name of the game in the Call Center.)

Ø          High school diploma or equivalent

Ø          Bilingual - Spanish - preferred
