Candidates should have 2-5 years agency experience and possess strategic planning skills. Experience in retail, high-tech and business-to-business a plus.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include supervising and directing client relationships, new business development and managing and training assistant account executives.
