Position
Summary
The Account
Manager Liaison (digital) – works onsite at our Audi client ofices and is responsible for program management
across the interactive business unit of the agency/client relationship. The position
is located at Audi of America (AoA), in Herndon, VA and requires high level of client
contact and interaction. While not present at Factory Design Labs offices in Denver, the position requires
considerable agency expertise and interaction, including being able to manage
client expectations and field requests, execute creative presentations and be
the representative of Factory Design Labs at Audi. This is a mid-level position requiring 3 years of advertising agency experience.
Duties and
Responsibilities

This
position is a hybrid of Account Manager and Client Liaison.
·
He/She
will operate as a day-to-day point person for both AoA and FDL.
·
Candidate
should have a strong understanding of the client’s business and act as an
extension to their marketing department.
·
Provides
project management and the ability to operate within the AoA environment, build
relationships and instill trust and reliability with the client.
·
In
this role, the individual will facilitate day-to-day coordination of
approvals/reviews between client and FDL.
·
Guide
projects/approvals through AoA.
·
Coordinate
meetings between client stakeholders and FDL.
·
Compiles
quarterly competitive analysis, daily/weekly recaps of client meetings and
client/agency review sessions.
·
Provides
full transparency and communication of client disposition, issues, overall
attitude regarding agency, creative, process, and any other relevant topics.
·
Assumes
advocate role for FDL and for client, practicing finesse, integrity and
diplomacy to further enhance and nurture the client/agency relationship.
·
Responsible
for managing and stewarding the financial process between AoA and FDL,
including invoice routing/follow-up, annual accrual management, PO
reconciliation, spend approval form monitoring and SOW submission/feedback.
Qualifications:
·
3+
years related experience in an agency environment.
·
Degree
in related field preferred.
·
Proven
ability to multi-task between client responsibilities and agency
responsibilities is paramount.
·
Proven
ability to create a seamless communication environment between the clients and
FDL is paramount.
·
The
ability to drive a creative centric environment and produce measurable results
for the company and client.
·
An
understanding of the automotive industry model is strongly preferred.
·
Comprehensive experience managing
interactive projects. This
position is specific to interactive/digital projects. Candidate should be well versed in this area
including a working knowledge of interactive processes. This includes but is not limited to website
projects, online banners, iPhone applications, and other emergent technologies.

Basic understanding of advertising
processes and the departments
·
Previous experience with working with
designers and developers
·
Ability to work outside of normal
business hours as workload requires
·
Ability to travel, sometime with little
advance notification.
