Niche publication seeking a leader to guide and grow our advertising sales efforts. 

Capital Press, est. 1928, is the west's leading source for agriculture news, both in print and online.  We have a loyal readership in Oregon, Idaho, Washington and California.

Our advertising department needs a strong, creative leader to inspire staff and create sales campaigns. You'll need to have the ability to follow through on details while managing the big picture. From your home base in Salem, Ore, you'll oversee advertising sales reps, including field reps based in other states.  

At least five years of sales management experience  in the media field and a solid record of successful campaigns required.  Agriculture knowledge helpful.  

Salary plus commission and benefits, including 401(k) plan, profit sharing plan, paid leave, insurances and company car.
