Rexnord is a highly respected supplier of Aerospace Products, Industrial Bearings, Couplings, Gears, Modular Conveyor Belting, and Industrial Chain. 
 
The Aerospace business primarily serves the aviation market with high performance / value-added products including Bearings (“PSI Bearings” - #1 market position in spherical bearing products), Seals (“Cartriseal” - #2 market position), and Installation Tooling (“Shafer”). Primary customers include Boeing, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Goodrich, Hamilton Sundstrand, Bell Helicopter, Rolls-Royce, Sikorsky and Fiat. More than 85% of revenues are realized from U.S. based customers. 
 
Brief Description
 
Rexnord Industries, LLC, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking the services of a skilled Sales Professional to serve as the Regional Sales Manager for the Canadian territory with significant business in Montreal and Toronto.
 
This is a high profile position in a fast-paced, growth business for the Company.  The primary goal of this position is to win new applications through solution selling of highly engineered products, managing account relationships and delivering results. The Regional Sales Manager will manage existing accounts and develop new business. They must understand and clearly define current and future market conditions. Obtaining the ‘Voice of the Customer’ and customer desires in product performance, technical service capabilities, new product/service development and business requirements is of the utmost importance to be successful in this role. The Regional Sales Manager ensures accounts are provided timely and efficient customer service resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction. 
 
The Regional Sales Manager must also be able to create strategies which will help grow market share, maximize profit and position the Company for success.   


Job Requirements:
Key Accountabilities
-Win Applications for Rexnord by identifying customer needs and successfully selling our value proposition
-Generating strategies and developing accounts to drive results
-Developing and maintaining detailed information on customer organizations, key decision makers and key influencers
-Acting as a liaison between customers and personnel at the Company’s operations
-Defining customer buying factors and assisting in developing the necessary value propositions to win and retain business
-Developing call plans, calling on accounts and managing to the budget
-Providing market/customer intelligence
-Providing regular reports on activities and opportunities in region
Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors
-Minimum 7 years Selling experience
-Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
-Negotiation skills-Demand Forecasting
-Knowledge of the aircraft engine/airframe a plus
-Able to work independently (self starter) and as part of a team
-Acts with strong sense of urgency with keen attention to detail
-Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints
-Able/willing to travel to meet customers
-Strong Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills is required
