Agronomy Sales Manager ND- Take the Next Step
A very progressive retail Agronomy center in central North Dakota is currently looking for an Agronomy Manager to become "the face of the company." This company prides itself in their strides in Precision Ag/GPS. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone in Agronomy Sales that is looking to take the next step into more of a management position, although a very strong sales aptitude is important, as sales will be a key role to this position. They want someone who can “take the bull by the horns” and run with it -- it will be very hands-off. Negotiating well with the chemical companies is important, as is being able to purchase grain from the farmers.
This person will be responsible for overseeing 4 people, working with the Crop Scouts, and helping with the hiring process. The right individual must be able to multi-task. This company treats its people well, and is willing to pay for the right person. This individual must have previous relevant retail Agronomy experience and seed knowledge.
