We need a uniquely talented professional with extensive print production and vendor management experience to take on a brand new position on our Horsham team. This role, focused on fulfillment, documentation and vendor relations, offers plenty of learning and advancement potential in one of the fastest growing divisions of a successful Fortune 100 healthcare company.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing vendors involved in our fulfillment process for employer groups

  • Working with multiple internal personnel on various vendor management functions

  • Implementing strategic plans to improve the overall fulfillment process

  • Managing and coaching a team

  • Traveling nationally up to 25% of the time to meet with vendors and other internal partners as needed

Qualifications:
 
Requirements:
  • Extensive print production experience is required

  • 3-5 years of experience managing vendor relationships/accounts is required

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience is required

  • 5-7 years of direct mail and print fulfillment experience is required

  • Project management experience

  • The ability to travel

  • PC proficiency

Assets:
  • Business analysis and reporting experience

  • Quality assurance experience

  • Familiarity with government-based health insurance products

  • Document management experience

  • Desktop publishing skills
