Telecommunications/Agent Manager
Curbia Technologies is an international communications company dedicated to superior commercial and residential voice over IP products and excellent customer support. We are currently looking for an experienced account manager to manage the relationships with our sales agents.
Responsiblities
Educate channel partners on company products and services, processes and procedures.
Provide a single point of contact for guidance and direction regarding all levels of product information, pricing and technical support.
Provide analysis and recommendations for continuous development of channel programs.
Manage commercial order processing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction; driving new revenue growth from satisfied customers.
Additional responsibilities as required in a small, fast paced company.
