BASIC FUNCTIONS: Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents and other potential clients on an ongoing basis
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.
- Establish/qualify current list of agents and contact individual.
- Formulate marketing strategy based on client listing in franchise area.
- Request the opportunity to provide services.
- Relate successful job performance to agents.
- Call on 10 - 15 agents on a daily basis; rotate quarterly.
- Maintain daily contact with franchise representatives.
- Provide written reports on weekly activities.
- Provide written reports of monthly activity.
- Maintain records of account's visits for ongoing reference and reporting.
- Provide input to franchise regarding criticisms from agents/adjusters.
- Attend extra-curricular event, which will enhance marketing position. (i.e.: trades shows, golf tournaments, claims associations)
- Produce extra-curricular events. (i.e.: trades shows, golf tournaments, claims associations)
- Status check with franchise representative for "course correction" as necessary)
- Participate in regular staff meetings.
- Participate in collection process.
