Position:

The Outbound Sales & Service Agent is responsible for making outbound calls on behalf of WAH Agents clients. 

Function:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound sales call
• Follow all compliance and Quality guidelines set by WAH Agent
• Work with center management to deliver best in class results to clients by achieving performance goals
• Work a dedicated schedule

Desired Qualifications:

• Two-Three years of Outbound Telemarketing / Sales experience.
• Direct sales experience to customer and businesses

Minimum Work Experience:

• 1+ year customer service experience running in direct customer faced business
• Proven success in achieving sales quotas and company goals

Skills Require

• Computer proficiency, including web applications, keyboarding skills, use of multiple applications.
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
