Job Title: Aggressive Mortgage Negotiator.

Job Overview: Negotiate high volume case-load of pre-foreclosure work-outs in small firm environment in debt negotiation with lenders (short sales).

Responsibilities: Negotiate, track, and report on high volume case-load of pre-foreclosure loan work-outs. Prepare written work-out packages, follow-up with lenders, negotiate settlements, and update clients.

Qualifications: Two years or more experience in mortgage industry or loss mitigation department of lending institution or related foreclosure specialist experience at foreclosure law firm.  Must be an active real estate broker or attorney in California. 

Essential Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in client/file/document management software, and telephone negotiation.  Successful hire will demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational and file management skills, have intense focus, and a background in sales or otherwise demonstrated negotiation experience.  Good opportunity for mortgage brokers looking for career change.  Work for home position. 

Salary: $30,000 Base plus incentive bonus opportunity to double base salary.
