Looking for a Sr. Java Developer who has a “can do attitude” and has experience with “story carding in an Agile environment”.  This candidate will be joining a  development team in effort to increase productivity and encourage team collaboration.

The right candidate will have the ability to be a hands on leader (though will not be working in a Technical Lead role- by title).  This person needs to be enthusiastic, charismatic and is used to being constantly challenged.

The perfect candidate will be self motivated and able to lead by example to bring a team together to work cohesively.   A strong team player and a people person with good interpersonal skills.

Xede’s customer is expecting a medium to high level, well experienced developer with the following key skills:

1.      Excellent understanding of Java, JavaScript, and layered Service architectures

2.      Excellent understanding of TDD and Agile Best Practices

3.      Ability to work well both independently and in group settings with a diverse set of counterparts

4.      Ability to review business needs and develop a well-defined set of requirements and features
