Role Summary/Purpose The GE Healthcare Agility business offers healthcare providers RFID-enabled resource and workflow management solutions designed to optimize asset utilization, reduce operating costs and improve care quality. Agility tracks, measures and improves utilization of a client’s resources including mobile medical equipment, surgical instruments, and other assets, while improving bed management, patient flow management, staff workflow and facility productivity.
Essential Responsibilities The AgileTrac system includes active RFID (radio frequency identification) hardware, RFID tags, wireless networking hardware, data capture and reporting middleware, and web-enabled application software. The Account Manager will have overall responsibility for customer service and management of Agility products and services at our hospital customers. The current customer base for this role is based in South Florida. Specific duties include: ·Provide support and direction to customer employees who utilize Agility's software and services ·Develop, implement, and monitor optimized customer business processes to drive the value of Agility's software ·Ensure end user adoption of Agility's software through extensive customer training and product enhancements ·Analyze customer equipment utilization, stocking levels, workflow, and related data; prepare key findings and develop recommendations ·Present findings, recommendations, and business reports to customer stakeholders on a regular basis ·Respond to and resolve operational and technical customer service delivery issues ·Perform various information database administrative and update functions
Qualifications/Requirements *Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years of customer facing experience is required*Successful record of implementing process improvements that drive increased productivity*Ability to travel minimum of 25%, up to 50% on average*Demonstrated customer service skills.*Proven leadership ability across all levels of an organization, including executive level (CxO)*Strong data analysis and problem solving abilities with a rapid grasp of new concepts*Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills*Solid consulting, influencing and facilitation skills*Effective in a demanding, fast-paced, customer-focused environment*Competency in utilizing sophisticated software applications*Professional presence with well-developed interpersonal and listening skills*Demonstrated organizational, planning and “multi-tasking” skills*Motivated, results-oriented attitude, high integrity, and strong work ethic*Background check will be required prior to employment Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work.
