This growing Bank is located near Fort Dodge, IA and is looking for a community minded individual to come into their family oriented bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of agricultural lending experience at a bank/financial institution.
Job Description
This position will focus on soliciting new profitable business and agricultural relationships as well as develop and manage existing account relationships in this growing market, prepare and present loan requests in accordance with established lines of lending authority, structure and close agricultural loans and regularly review the credit quality of existing loan portfolio in order to identify any credit risk changes.

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a variety of agriculture business relationships. This individual must have strong sales and service skills, thorough working knowledge of the agricultural lending process, credit analysis, management of loan portfolios and all related laws and regulations. The candidate must also be a self-starter, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. BA or BS degree in Business, Finance or Agriculture related field preferred.
