This is an awesome opportunity for someone with large career aspirations.  The company is a regional independent seed company with many long term employees.  They are looking for someone with a very strong seed sales background.  They prefer someone with a farm background, at least 3 years experience selling seed.  This person will be taking over a territory which was previously covered by the superstar of the sales staff until he moved on to bigger and better things.  The manager is known for his flexible management style, allowing his people the freedom to work their territory their own way.
