Summary: Manages all aspects of flight reservation activity for assigned programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

. Manage assigned programs to ensure all Air Operations timelines are met.

. Review and complete all daily bookings ensuring that flights assigned are the best

  quality routing available, are within costing guidelines and meet requirements of

  airline contracts.

. Complete daily air deviations and changes.

. Review all Preliminary Air Itineraries prior to posting for accuracy and quality.

. Manage airline block space according to airline policies.

. Ticket all assigned programs according to airline contract requirements and costing

  guidelines.

. Support Customer Service in relation to all flight related issues.

. Attend all Turnover Meetings for assigned programs.

Competency Qualifications: Three years of Sabre experience. Excel, Word.

Detail oriented and proficient at problem solving.
