AIRCRAFT TEAM LEADER:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:  Perform aircraft and/or component inspections, maintenance and repair; supervise other technicians as assigned by Shop Supervisor; assume full responsibility for work scope of aircraft assigned and meeting delivery dates; interface with customer, Inspection Department, Avionics Department, and Sales; perform preventative maintenance, repair of discrepancies and other duties on aircraft, shop and facilities as directed; may be appointed an inspector by Chief Inspector and perform inspection duties as required; may be required to complete work in hangar and remote locations; travel required; overtime may be required to complete work in timely fashion.

Minimum Qualifications:  Minimum 10 years documentable experience working aircraft maintenance as a profession, has a FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License.  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.  Experience in KingAir, Citation, type aircraft.  Works reliably with minimal supervision; possess positive company and customer relations; understands directions well, speaks and writes in the English language; works well with other technicians, communicates effectively; expected to have own hand tools and appropriate tool box for locked storage; concerned about neat and professional appearance, punctual in attendance.  Able to lift and carry 60 lbs.  Passport preferred, ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
