Business Development Manager are responsible for identifying, developing and negotiating business opportunities for the Ajilon Finance Solutions practice and we are currently seeking such an individual for our Phoenix, AZ branch. 

The ideal Business Development Manager has 3-4 years of business development experience, preferably with a professional services firm.  The Candidate should also possess significant experience in solution selling and developing partnerships with senior executives.

• Ability to create and deliver high quality executive level presentations
• Professional demeanor & presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions for service-based engagements

• Goal oriented, self starter
• College degree required, MBA preferred
