We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of central station dispatch operators, a 24x7x365 operation. Vector’s Service, Professionalism, and Innovation are superior to and unmatched by our competitors. Our Central Station has achieved a Five Diamond rating by CSAA standards. As a Dispatch Operator you will verify and notify on all alarm events while providing customers with the highest level of customer service. We take pride in setting the industry standards for Reliability, Quality, and Customer Relations. We offer a friendly fast paced environment to enjoy during your scheduled shifts and you will end your work day feeling productive and valued as a vital role in keeping the communities we monitor, safe!

 

Interested Applicants should posses the following qualities:

A Positive Attitude and Willing to Learn

18 Years of Age or Older

High School Diploma

Moderate to Advanced Telephone/Computer Skills

Minimum 2yr Customer Service Experience

Desire to Help Others

Minimum of 2 Verifiable Business References

Proven Ability to manage Time and Stress

Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Strongly Encouraged but Not Required
