About the Job

What you will do

This position to include installation, programming and testing on numerous low
voltage systems including Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV and Nurse
Call.

Required



  • Read and understand blueprints, diagrams,
    submittals and specifications used in installation activities.

  • Field experience in low voltage or electrical
    installation.

  • Previous experience with running conduit,
    pulling wire, mounting devices.

  • Provide detailed feedback to management
    concerning customer issues.

  • Exhibit effective customer service skills, by
    consistently communicating with the district support team, district
    management, and our customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Carry and move equipment and tools weighing up
    to 75 pounds. Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as
    climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet,
    working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings, etc.

  • Must adhere to company safety policies and
    procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional
    manner.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be able to work overtime or alternative
    shifts, including weekends and holidays to meet customer installation
    requirements.

  • Must obtain and retain any licenses that are
    required by National, State and local codes.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a
    driving record that meets Company requirements. Must conform to all Fleet
    standards.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment
    security, drug and background check.

  • NICET II Certification required within 2 years
    of employment.
