Responsibilities


  • Responsible for developing and driving regional
    Channel strategic relationships and overall partner business (new and
    existing).

  • Develop go-to market plans with focus strategic
    partnerships; drive revenue, training & enablement and
    marketing/demand generation strategies.

  • Focus on strategy to sustain and grow mindshare, positioning, market coverage and leadership in eCommerce marketplace.

  • Meet/exceed annual channel influenced revenue quota target.




Requirements


  • 5-10
    years experience selling to, with and through channel partners in
    Enterprise class software market.Self motivator with strong
    communication (written and verbal) skills.

  • Strong experience
    with and working knowledge of Interactive Agency, System Integrator,
    Complimentary Solution Provider, VAR and OEM relationships, as well as
    how and where each fits into the ATG ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of personalization and eCommerce marketplace, drivers and value propositions.

  • Strong understanding of ATG’s market presence and position, as well as direct competition.

  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue quotas and compensation programs.

  • Ability
    to navigate effectively through ATG internal organizations ensuring
    appropriate support is being given and gotten by ATG channel
    organization.

  • Ability to think creatively and drive into new markets to create ATG opportunity.

  • Strong business understanding of java based application value proposition.

  • Experience and ability to represent ATG with CXO and senior executive level members of partners, clients and ATG organization.

  • Ability to decipher through needs and wants of ATG, partner and client community to effectively define and drive strategy.
