Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced program manager to manage a large commercial and industrial energy efficiency program in the Midwest.
The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years experience managing large teams in a consulting/customer focus environment.
The candidate should have a strong marketing background and excellent management skills.
The candidate will oversee the implementation and marketing of programs to create demand and maximize energy savings in the commercial and industrial marketplace.
The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the energy efficiency program team by coordinating activities such as program/product marketing, program implementation strategy, incorporation of best practices from other similar programs and strategic, long term program planning.
Qualifications:
Previous work experience as a Program Manager for a Utility company or experience Marketing a Utility Program highly desired.
Demonstrated managerial experienc in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Energy Efficiency field.
Outstanding leadership and effective personnel development and management skills
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Ability to define market directions and develop program goals, actions, approaches and key
indicators
Strong interpersonal, staff and contractor management skills
Demonstrated energy related program development, oversight and management experience
Customer service orientation
Strong analytical, writing, listening, presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree.
