Analyst- Product Control

Separate opennings for candidates on the following desks:

Equity Derivatives- Vanillas, Options, Swaps, etc. 

Credit Derivatives- CDS, CDOs, CMOs, etc.
Structured finance- MBS, ABS, etc

Emerging Markets- With a particular focus on CDS, FX, IRS 

Product Control analysts are responsible for producing daily P&L, analyzing and reporting risk in response to market movements,  resolving/reconciliation of P&L breaks, Month-end close, balance sheet/variance analysis. 

1-4 years total experience.  CPA or demonstable accounting skills with relevant experience a must.  Big 4 accounting experience preferred. 

Role requires signifigant interaction with front office/traders and several business areas throughout the company, so strong communications skills and a flexible personality are an absolute must.

Emerging Markets- With a particular focus on CDS 

AVPs manage a small group of product control analysts and are responsible for ensuring the quality of all product control group deliverables.  AVPs will be expected to develop and lead projects aimed at improving processes and flow of data from front to back office. 

VP-Product Control

Credit Derivatives- CDS, OTC products, etc
Structured finance- MBS, ABS,

VPs manage and lead all intiatives/projects for the product control function of their assigned desk. 

7-12 years experience, with at least the last 5 in a product control or closely related function.  CPA preferred.  Big 4 experienced highly desired.
