Analyst Contract Sales Admin Pro
JOB SUMMARY: - Maintain the Contract sales rep assignments process.
- Liaison between Sales Management, Sales Administration, Customer Set up department
- Support designated Contract sales management teams with ad hoc sales reporting
- Assist in the collection of sales, gross profit and other information used to calculate all Lines of Business (LOB).
- Assist with enhancement of Lines of Business reporting.
- Assist with Data mining and analysis as part of Integration process.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports related to all aspects of sales commission program at the business unit and Divisional (Staples Contract Commercial) level.
- Respond to information requests by preparing financial analyses and projections to aid senior management.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as needed to evaluate the potential financial impact of various sales initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferably Accounting or Finance) is required.
- Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in financial analyses or accounting with a $500 + million company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills a must.
- Analytical and problem solving as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel, and other database management tools is required.
- Must be attentive to detail and must be able to meet monthly deadlines.
